| First and foremost, we do everything
within our power to ensure that your display case arrives in the same
pristine condition as when it left us. Many of our customers have taken
the time to contact us to compliment us with our packing of their display
case. |
| 1. UPS Ground and Lynden Air Freight are our primary shippers. Lynden Air Freight is used on large orders that exceed UPS weight/dimension requirements for standard ground. Please note that when Lynden Air Freight is used, they will call you to make arrangements for delivery. |
| 2. UPS Ground and Lynden Air Freight mishaps occur from time to time. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival to make sure there is not any breakage. To resolve any issues with UPS Ground or Lynden Air Freight we must be notified within 7 days of receiving product. |
| 3. On international orders there normally is a customs/duty/brokerage charge imposed by the country where the product is being delivered to. In all cases, it is the customers responsibility to pay the customs/duty/brokerage charges required. This charge is separate from our shipping charge. |
| 4. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. |
| 5. In most cases, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the shipment of your package. |
| 6. We do everything we can to keep your shipping charges to a minimum. There is no charge for our handling of the display case (labor, packing materials, etc). This allows us to give you the lowest shipping rates possible. |
