When you place an order with
Homeplate Heroes we will ask you for the following personal information:
Name, Complete Address, Phone Number and E-Mail Address. This information
is used for shipping purposes. If the product is
being shipped to another person or address that information will need to
be provided. Payment information will also be asked at the time of placing
the order. If paying by Credit Card, we will ask the following: Type of
Credit Card, Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, CVU Code (Number on back
of card). Please note that we do NOT keep or store your card information.
Your name, address, phone number and e-mail address will be added to our
database. You may receive promotional materials to your postal address
and/or e-mail address.
If you would like to be removed from our postal or e-mail promotional
mailing list simply e-mail us at
homeplateheroes@comcast.net
requesting to be removed.
Homeplate Heroes will use your e-mail address to send you UPS Ground or
Lynden Air Freight Tracking Information so that you can track your
shipment.
Homeplate Heroes will NOT contact you by phone except to speak with you in
regards to the order you placed. UPS Ground and Lynden Air Freight (our
primary shippers) request phone numbers to be placed on the way bill so
that if there is a issue with the shipment you can be contacted. Lynden
Air Freight contacts you via your phone number to schedule delivery.
